Profile: Sports Facility Manager-Advertisement-Surat-4.2 LPA

Experience:

2-5 years
(Preferred: Sports facility, turf, cricket academy, sports club, gymkhana, or recreational venue management)

Salary Range: 30k to 35k

Roles:

1. Sports Facility Operations

- Manage daily operations of turf, pickleball courts, cricket ground, and sports facilities
- Ensure smooth functioning of all sports activities and bookings

2. Booking & Software Management

- Handle online and offline bookings through software systems
- Maintain booking schedules, customer records, and payment tracking

3. Customer & Player Coordination

- Coordinate with players, teams, and customers regarding bookings and facility usage
- Resolve customer queries and ensure a positive experience

4. Ground & Facility Maintenance

- Monitor cleanliness, maintenance,



and readiness of sports facilities
- Coordinate with maintenance staff and vendors when required

5. Event & Tournament Support

- Assist in organizing sports events, tournaments, and recreational activities
- Coordinate schedules, participants, and facility arrangements

6. Reporting & Administration

- Maintain daily operational records and reports
- Monitor facility utilization and provide updates to management

Qualification:

- Graduate in any discipline
- Sports Management background preferred
- Candidates with practical experience in sports operations can also be considered
