About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Team Lead to oversee field sales activities, strengthen the distributor network, and support business growth across the assigned territory. The ideal candidate should have experience in field or distribution sales and the ability to guide and motivate a sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and support the field sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with distributors, dealers, retailers, and channel partners.
- Identify current business opportunities and expand market coverage.
- Monitor daily sales activities and ensure effective territory management.
- Conduct regular market visits to understand customer needs and market trends.
- Coach team members to improve sales performance and productivity.
- Ensure product availability and visibility across the assigned market.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth order execution and customer support.
- Prepare daily,



weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Travel across Kerala as required for distributor meetings, market visits, and team support.

Eligibility

- 1–2 years of experience in Distribution Sales, Field Sales, Channel Sales, or FMCG Sales.
- Experience in team coordination or team handling is preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license preferred.
- Willingness to travel within Kerala.
