We are looking for a results-driven Meta Ads Specialist who can plan, execute, and optimize high-performing ad campaigns for B2B, B2C, and service-based clients. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with Facebook & Instagram Ads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute ad campaigns on Facebook & Instagram (Meta Ads)
- Handle lead generation, conversion, and brand awareness campaigns
- Manage campaigns for:
- B2B businesses
- B2C brands
- Service industries (Real Estate, Education, Insurance, etc.)
- Perform audience research & targeting
- Optimize ads for better ROI & lower CPL
- A/B testing (creatives, copy, audience)
- Track performance using Meta Ads Manager
- Generate weekly/monthly performance reports
- Coordinate with:
- Graphic Designer
- Content Writer
- Video Editor
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in Meta Ads
- Strong knowledge of:
- Campaign structure
- Pixel setup & tracking
- Retargeting strategies
- Experience in lead generation campaigns
- Basic understanding of funnels & landing pages
- Analytical mindset with data-driven decisions
Preferred Skills (Bonus):
- Experience with Google Ads
- Knowledge of CRM & automation tools
- Experience handling multiple clients
