Job Summary

Join a greenfield initiative where you’ll help shape the future of customer interaction through cutting-edge AI. As an AI Engineer, you will lead the development and deployment of an advanced LLM-powered assistant. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone passionate about applying state-of-the-art AI research to real-world challenges.

Key Responsibilities

- Architect & Design: Lead the end-to-end design of conversational AI systems, from data ingestion to deployment.

- Model Development & Fine-Tuning: Implement foundation models (open-source or APIs), fine-tune them, and apply prompt engineering.

- RAG Implementation: Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines with proprietary knowledge bases.

- Systems Integration: Develop backend services and APIs for seamless chatbot integration.

- Evaluation & Optimization: Define, monitor, and enhance performance metrics (latency, accuracy, factual consistency).

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field.





- 4+ years of experience in Machine Learning and NLP.

- Proven hands-on experience with LLMs (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, Mistral, Gemini).

- Strong programming skills in Python with PyTorch or TensorFlow.

- Experience with Hugging Face tools (Transformers, Datasets, Tokenizers).

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).

Preferred Skills

- Experience with agent-based frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex).

- Knowledge of vector databases (Pinecone, ChromaDB, Weaviate).

- Experience building and fine-tuning multilingual AI agents.
