Job Title: HR Recruiter Executive

Location: Plant Site / Project Site

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment activities for plant and project sites. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding manpower for various technical and non-technical positions required for PSU projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for plant site requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and consultancies.
- Recruit manpower for positions such as Engineers, Supervisors, Electricians, Instrument Technicians, Drivers, Operators, Welders, Fitters, and other project staff.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with department heads and clients.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Coordinate with site teams regarding manpower requirements and deployment status.
- Handle joining formalities, document verification, and onboarding processes.
- Prepare and issue offer letters and appointment letters.
- Coordinate accommodation,



gate pass, and mobilization of employees to project sites.
- Ensure timely closure of vacancies as per project requirements.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Support attendance, leave management, and other HR operations at the site.

Required Skills

- Strong recruitment and sourcing skills.
- Good communication and negotiation abilities.
- Knowledge of recruitment portals and MS Excel.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines.
- Positive coordination and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of statutory compliance and site HR activities is an added advantage.

Qualification

- MBA/PGDM in HR or Graduate with relevant experience.

Experience

- 1–5 years of experience in recruitment for PSU projects, construction, engineering, or plant site operations.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in hiring for industrial projects and shutdown activities.
- Willingness to travel and work at plant/project sites.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Pay: ₹10,720.73 - ₹18,000.00 per month
