Role Overview:

We are seeking a high-velocity AI-Powered Web Designer to lead our rapid website production. This is a performance-driven role for a professional who can blend Generative AI for instant ideation with deep expertise in WordPress, Duda, and Shopify. You will be expected to utilize in-editor AI tools (Elementor AI, Divi AI, Duda AI) to bypass traditional manual workflows and deliver high-fidelity, working websites at record speeds.

Key Responsibilities:

- AI-Driven Conceptualization: Use Midjourney or Uizard to generate and iterate high-fidelity mockups from client prompts in minutes.
- CMS Expert Implementation:
- Elementor AI: Generate responsive container structures and custom widgets directly in the Elementor Editor.
- Divi AI: Use Divi Quick Sites for instant layout generation and Divi Code AI for custom CSS refinements.
- Duda AI: Utilize Duda’s AI Assistant to conversationally build sections and multi-page structures.
- Hybrid Development: Bridge the gap between AI output and "hand-coded" quality by refining AI-generated HTML/CSS/Liquid to ensure scalability and cross-browser compatibility.
- Platform Optimization: Configure Shopify stores and WordPress environments for maximum conversion using AI-enhanced SEO and content tools.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Your success in this role will be measured by the following metrics:

- Time-to-Market (Mockup to Live):



Reduce traditional 4-week timelines to a target of 3–5 business days for standard multi-page sites.
- Production Velocity: Successfully launch 2–3 optimized websites per week using AI-assisted workflows.
- Design-to-Code Fidelity: Maintain a 95%+ accuracy rate in converting AI-generated mockups into pixel-perfect, responsive layouts within CMS builders.
- AI Integration Efficiency: Achieve a 50% reduction in manual CSS/JS coding time by effectively leveraging Elementor AI or Divi AI code assistants.
- Core Web Vitals Pass Rate: Ensure 100% of launched sites meet Google's Core Web Vitals (LCP, FID, CLS) benchmarks immediately upon deployment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Mastery of CMS Ecosystems: Expert level in WordPress (Elementor/Divi), Duda, and Shopify.
- AI Power-User: Advanced proficiency in Elementor AI, Divi AI, and Duda AI stacks.
- Frontend Technicals: Strong HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills for debugging and refining AI code.
- Speed-Centric Workflow: Proven ability to work in high-pressure, rapid-turnaround environments.
- Experience: 2+ years of professional web design experience with a portfolio of live sites built using AI-augmented processes.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
