Vichakshan Jain University is seeking a dedicated, disciplined, and proactive Digital Media & Operations Executive to support the digital, administrative, and event-related activities associated with Jain monks and the University's outreach programs.

The selected candidate will be employed by Vichakshan Jain University and may be required to travel and stay at different locations as per the University's schedule and activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate smartphones and digital communication tools efficiently.
- Manage WhatsApp, Gmail, Google Drive, Google Forms, and other Google Workspace applications.
- Capture high-quality photos and videos of discourses, religious events, and university activities.
- Upload and organize content on YouTube and other social media platforms.
- Assist with basic photo editing and file management.
- Coordinate registrations, forms, and participant communication during events.
- Respond to routine queries from participants and visitors.
- Support planning and execution of religious, educational, and community programs.
- Maintain digital records and administrative documentation.




- Travel with Jain monks whenever required and provide operational support during events.

Required Skills

- Graduate preferred (12th pass with relevant experience may also apply).
- Positive knowledge of Android smartphones and computers.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, MS Word, Excel, and PDF tools.
- Basic photography and videography skills.
- Basic knowledge of YouTube and social media platforms.
- Good communication skills in Hindi. Basic English will be an advantage.
- Willingness to travel extensively and stay at different locations.
- Honest, disciplined, responsible, and eager to learn.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in social media management or digital content creation.
- Experience in event coordination or administrative support.
- Experience working with educational, religious, or non-profit organizations will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
