Designation : Senior ELV Engineer

Responsible for the effective execution of all the Projects undertaken by Microlink. The job includes day to day management of a team of Project leaders & Team leaders, Project Scheduling, PM Process management, Stakeholder management, Quality – time & Cost control, Escalation management, Project Communication management. This roles also includes assisting in designing the solution , identifying the BOM & Quote submission for certain key accounts to HOD.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

Project Management

· Day to Day monitoring & Control of Project Leaders & Team Leaders

· Establish project plans including timelines, resource requirement, resource planning and resource optimization.

· Planning and designing the project and proactively monitoring its progress, resolving issues and initiating appropriate corrective action

- Ensuring the delivery of services from projects is to the appropriate level of quality, on time and within budget, in accordance with the program plan.

· Develop and control deadlines, budgets and activities

· Monitor progress; address any issues across the project interfaces, ensuring that project deliverables and milestones are achieved.

- Achieves operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews and preparing and completing action plans
- Implements production, productivity, quality,



and customer-service standards by resolving problems, completing audits, identifying trends, determining system improvements, and implementing change.
- Ensuring timely completion of projects with defined Quality standards & within given cost budget
- Ensuring excellent feedback from customer post completion of projects. Expected Target is more than 95% & greater.
- Ensuring effective conclusion of Project internally within ML system – BPI software & smooth handover to Service team
- Assisting HOD in terms of working on the design / BOM / proposal making , submission & follow up till Order closure for certain key accounts as per guidance provided by HOD

Customer Management

· Build long term relationship with Customers

· Work quickly to address customer issues

· Schedule regular meetings with customer to ensure they are satisfied

Collaboration and cross-functional co-ordination

- Coordinate with cross-functional team to ensure that all parties are on track with project requirement, deadlines and schedule.
- Facilitating change request to ensure that all parties are informed of the impact on schedule and budget.
- Managing communications with all stakeholders

· Establish and maintain relationship with third parties/ vendors.

Leadership and Team management

· Responsible for nurturing existing Project team

· Communicates job expectations by planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions

· Lead and evaluate project managers and other staff

MIS and Reports





· Reporting the progress of the project at regular intervals to the concern stakeholders.

· Provide regular project reports to the management.

- Conduct post project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements.

TECHNICAL/FUNCTIONAL SKILLS REQUIRED

· Good experience of Project execution Management

· Full knowledge of entire project life cycle management

· Good skills for people management, Team building & Team management

· Excellent skills in customer management & stakeholder management

· Should have thorough knowledge of various ELV System and Technology i.e. CCTV, ACS, TAS, PAS, Passive/Cabling Infrastructure, Video Monitoring System, Visitor management system.

· Should have knowledge of different ELV product line understanding i.e. Honeywell, Matrix, Hikvision, Sony, Vivotek, GST, EST, Bosch, etc.

· Should be able to implement CCTV, ACS, TAS, PAS, VMS, BMS solutions.

· Experience deploying and/or maintaining an enterprise Surveillance system, Fire detection system and physical security system.

EXPERIENCE RANGE: (IN YRS) : 3 + Years

EDUCATION QUALIFICATION REQUIRED:

B E / Diploma / MBA / Post Graduation with relevant experience of managing IT Infra Projects

ADDITIONAL CERTIFICATIONS REQUIRED

Optional: PMP Certification
