About Us

We are an authorised Vespa & Aprilia (Piaggio) dealership in Secunderabad, offering premium scooters and motorcycles along with sales, service, and spares support. We're looking for an energetic Showroom Manager to lead our sales team and deliver a premium customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day showroom operations and lead the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets
- Drive walk-in conversions through test rides, product demos, and effective follow-ups
- Handle customer enquiries, negotiations, bookings, and deliveries end-to-end
- Coordinate vehicle finance, insurance, RTO registration, and exchange processes
- Maintain showroom display, stock, and inventory as per Piaggio brand standards
- Plan and execute local marketing activities, events, and lead-generation campaigns
- Track enquiries and follow-ups via DMS/CRM and report sales performance to management
- Recruit, train, and motivate sales executives; conduct daily sales reviews




- Ensure high customer satisfaction scores (CSI) and resolve customer complaints promptly

Requirements

- 3–5 years of experience in automobile/two-wheeler dealership sales, with at least 1 year in a team-handling or supervisory role
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of two-wheeler sales processes: finance, insurance, RTO, exchange
- Proficiency in Telugu, Hindi, and English
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and dealership CRM/DMS software
- Valid two-wheeler driving licence
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
