Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, generating leads, coordinating marketing campaigns, and supporting sales efforts. This role requires solid communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide product/service information.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and leads in the CRM.
- Assist in executing marketing campaigns including email marketing, social media promotions, and event coordination.
- Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis.





Requirements:-

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain confident.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and tools.
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
