Should be technically solid.
Conduct surveillance and analysis of the infection data, and identify the risk factors and trends of infections in the hospital and the community.
Develop and implement policies, protocols, and guidelines for infection prevention and control, and ensure compliance with the national and international standards and regulations.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness and impact of the infection prevention and control measures, and recommend improvements as needed.
Educate and train the staff and the public on the infection prevention and control practices, such as hand hygiene, personal protective equipment, isolation precautions, and vaccination.
Investigate and manage the outbreaks of infections, and coordinate with the relevant authorities and stakeholders.




Provide consultation and support to the clinical teams and the infection prevention and control committee on the infection-related issues and challenges.
Participate in quality improvement and research activities, and keep updated with the latest evidence and developments in infection prevention and control.
