Role Details
- Focus on mass recruitment for Saudi Arabia–based projects.
- Collaboration on multiple ongoing manpower requirements.
Job Responsabilities
- Source and hunt candidates for a wide range of blue-collar positions.
- Conduct recruitment across multiple countries to support Saudi Arabia projects.
- Manage candidates of different nationalities in line with project requirements.
- Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines for mass hiring.
- Screen, shortlist,
and coordinate candidates according to client needs.
- Ensure candidates meet Saudi labor and project requirements.
- Support end-to-end recruitment until successful mobilization.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven experience in blue-collar mass recruitment for Saudi Arabia is Mandatory.
- Ability to manage large hiring volumes.
- Familiarity with Saudi recruitment processes and labor requirements.
