We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Support Engineer (0-4 years) responsible for managing, monitoring, and maintaining our server infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of server security, system uptime, and troubleshooting issues as they arise.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Monitor Linux/Windows servers for performance, uptime, and potential issues using tools like Nagios, Zabbix, or similar.
- Perform server setup, configuration, patching, and upgrades.
- Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot SSL certificates for websites, applications, and enterprise services.
- Perform routine maintenance and updates to ensure system security and stability.
- Manage server backup strategies and ensure disaster recovery protocols are in place.
- Troubleshoot server, network, and firewall issues as needed.
- Manage user access, permissions, and resource allocations.
- Apply system patches, firmware updates, and security enhancements.
- Work closely with the development team to support application deployments and integrations.
- Maintain documentation for server configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Respond to alerts and incidents with prompt resolution.
- Ensure server environments are compliant with security and regulatory standards.




- Document procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps

Required Skills

- Strong experience with Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS) and Windows Server environments.
- Proficient in server monitoring tools and log analysis.
- Knowledge of web servers (Apache), databases (MySQL), and email servers.
- Familiarity with DNS, firewalls, SSL, and server hardening.
- Understanding in SSL certificate lifecycle management (issuance, installation, renewal, troubleshooting & Automation).
- Basic scripting knowledge (Bash, PowerShell, or Python).
- Good communication and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Robust documentation and reporting skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
