Olive Builders & Developers is looking for a dedicated and results-driven Telecaller to join our team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with prospective customers, promoting our real estate projects, generating quality leads, and supporting the sales team through effective communication and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients.
- Present project details and company offerings in a clear and professional manner.
- Follow up with interested customers to nurture leads and support the sales process.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM and Microsoft Excel.




- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely lead follow-up and customer engagement.

Qualifications & Skills

- 1–2 years of experience in telecalling or telemarketing (real estate experience is preferred).
- Excellent communication and convincing skills in English and Malayalam.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working in a rapid-paced environment.
