Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Production Executive to oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensure production targets are achieved, maintain product quality, optimise machine utilisation, and lead production teams while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and supervise daily production activities to achieve production targets.
- Monitor production output, machine efficiency, and manpower utilisation.
- Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, Purchase, and Planning teams.
- Monitor raw material consumption and minimise wastage.
- Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.
- Analyse production issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Maintain production reports, shift reports, and machine logs.
- Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed.
- Train and guide production operators on safety and operational procedures.
- Monitor Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety and housekeeping standards.




- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity and reduce costs.
- Support new product trials and process improvements.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 2–5 years in Production/Manufacturing (FMCG, Hygiene, Personal Care, or Manufacturing industry preferred).
