The Sales Head is responsible for leading the organization's sales strategy, driving revenue growth, managing the sales team, and building strong customer relationships. This role involves developing sales plans, achieving business targets, identifying new market opportunities, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance.
- Set sales targets, monitor KPIs, and review team performance regularly.
- Identify recent business opportunities, markets, and customer segments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and strategic partners.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and periodic performance reports.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to support business growth.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales strategies.
- Manage pricing, contract negotiations, and major client accounts.




- Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical sales practices.
- Recruit, train, and develop high-performing sales professionals.

Required Qualifications

- 8–15 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role (non-woven industry preferred).
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of sales planning, forecasting, and business development.
