Job Description:
We are looking for a Sales Coordinator who is proactive, well-organized, and has excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate should be proficient in MS Excel and comfortable handling sales data and reports.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Coordinate with the sales team and clients for smooth operations
✅ Prepare and maintain sales reports in Excel
✅ Follow up on client queries and ensure timely responses
✅ Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and documentation
✅ Manage and organize sales records and databases
Requirements:
Graduate in any stream
Good verbal and written communication skills
Solid knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Basic Formulas)
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Prior experience in sales coordination will be an advantage
