Educatsio is a growing dance and music academy committed to providing high-quality training in a professional and inspiring environment. We are looking for a passionate, organized, and proactive Studio Coordinator to become an important part of our team.

Key Responsibilities

* Welcome students, parents, and visitors professionally.

* Handle calls, Walk-ins, WhatsApp enquiries, and follow-ups.

* Convert enquiries into trial classes and admissions.

* Coordinate student schedules and trial classes.

* Manage fee collections and maintain student records.

* Coordinate with instructors and support daily studio operations.

* Ensure the studio remains clean, organized, and presentable.

* Assist in events, workshops, and academy activities.

Requirements

* Excellent communication skills.

* Friendly, confident, and professional personality.

* Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

* Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Google Sheets).

* Comfortable handling phone calls,



WhatsApp, and emails.

* Previous experience in front desk, customer service, administration, or hospitality is preferred.

* Experience in Dance and Music will be an added advantage.

Salary

₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

(Based on experience and final interview)
