The Inventory & Dispatch Support Executive will assist in inventory handling, packing, labelling, and dispatch of orders. The role is critical to ensuring accurate order preparation and timely dispatch.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform packing, labelling, and order preparation
- Manage stock handling, storage, and inventory organization
- Assist with order verification before dispatch
- Coordinate with courier partners for order shipments
- Maintain basic inventory records and stock movement tracking
- Ensure dispatch timelines are met
Eligibility / Profile Requirements
- Minimum Intermediate / Diploma / Graduate qualification
- 1–3 years of experience in inventory, warehouse, or dispatch roles preferred
- Basic knowledge of packing, labelling, and stock handling
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace
