Planning & Execution of Performance Marketing Activities

- Paid Advertising Campaigns

Google Ads (Search, Display, Remarketing, YouTube)
Social Media Ads (Facebook / Instagram / LinkedIn / Twitter)
Campaign setup, monitoring & optimization

- Lead Generation & Management

Lead generation through paid campaigns
Lead follow-up through Email, WhatsApp & Calling
Coordination with sales team for lead conversion

- Communication & Coordination

Communication with prospects through email & WhatsApp
Client interaction and internal coordination with teams

- Keyword & Audience Research

Keyword research, bidding strategy & audience targeting
Re-targeting and funnel-based campaigns

- Campaign Monitoring & Optimization

Performance tracking (CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS)
Budget management and optimization

- Analytics & Reporting

Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager
Conversion tracking and reporting

- Marketing Tools

Google Ads / Meta Ads Manager
SEMrush / Ahrefs (support role)
CRM & Lead Management Software

- Team Handling

Coordination with team members and vendors

Required Skill

- Proven experience in Performance Marketing
- Positive communication skills (verbal & written)
- Experience in email,



WhatsApp & calling communication
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads & Social Media Ads
- Understanding of lead management process
- Knowledge of analytics & reporting tools
- Team handling
- Affiliate Marketing
- Data Extraction
- Other Applicable Tools for Lead Generation (Iike Influencer Tie-up etc.)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
