We are looking for a Senior Business Development Executive (BDE) with 2+ years of proven Upwork Business Development experience. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and grow a fresh Upwork profile while consistently securing projects in the Graphic Design and Creative Services category.

This is a senior role, so we are looking for someone who has independently managed the entire Upwork sales cycle from finding opportunities and writing proposals to client communication, negotiations, and closing deals.

Responsibilities

- Identify and bid on relevant Upwork projects.
- Write high-converting proposals and communicate with clients.
- Manage and grow a fresh Upwork profile.
- Negotiate, close deals, and build long-term client relationships.
- Achieve monthly revenue and performance targets.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of Upwork Business Development experience (Mandatory).
- Proven track record of winning projects on Upwork.




- Experience managing the complete Upwork business development process independently.
- Strong proposal writing, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, accountable, and eager to take ownership.
