Job Description
- Contract Labour Management-Timely follow compliance related to contract labour, factories act, MIS & Reports.
- Statutory Compliances-Timely wage disbursement, Bonus, PF & ESIC, Gratuity
- Liaison- - Maintain liaisons with contractor and supervisor for ease completion of work
- Valuable Knowledge of Settlement
- Hindi Drafting
- Maintain highest safety & quality standards at optimum cost
- Comply all legal and statutory compliances
- Identify Training needs, prepare training plan, organize & implement training plans within budgeted cost & analyze
- Ensure proper implementation of Poornata modules i.e. Recruitment module, WFA module and Position management module
- Communication & Reward & Recognition (Manufacturing Staff) & implement various reward & recognition, communication mechanisms for employee motivation
