Key Responsibilities1. Teaching & Classroom Management

- Deliver curriculum-aligned lessons in English language and literature.
- Engage students through interactive, activity-based, and learner-centric teaching methods.
- Maintain discipline and create an inclusive, student-friendly classroom environment.
- Use technology (smart boards, digital tools, LMS) to enhance teaching.

2. Academic Planning & Evaluation

- Prepare lesson plans, unit plans, and annual academic plans.
- Design and conduct assessments, tests, and examinations as per board guidelines.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain accurate academic records, report cards, and progress reports.

3. Student Development

- Support students in improving reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills.
- Identify learning gaps and provide remedial classes or personalized support.
- Mentor students for competitions, debates, elocutions, and literary events.
- Encourage creativity and critical thinking through assignments and discussions.

4. Curriculum & School Activities

- Contribute to curriculum development and academic enrichment programs.
- Coordinate English-related activities such as literary clubs, assemblies, and celebrations.




- Participate in school events, workshops, trainings, and professional development sessions.

5. Communication & Collaboration

- Maintain open communication with parents regarding student performance.
- Collaborate with colleagues, administrators, and support staff for overall student growth.
- Uphold school policies, values, and guidelines.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Master’s Degree in English (MA English or equivalent).
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification (as required by CBSE/State Board norms).
- Prior teaching experience at the senior secondary level preferred.
- Robust command of English language and literature.
- Excellent communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in digital teaching tools is an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
