Diploma/Engineering Mechanical

Experience and Qualifications:

- Responsible for negotiation and commercial clarification.
- ERP system Knowledge
- Skilled at MS Office (Word, Excel and Power-point)
- Written and Oral Fluency in English and Hindi.
- Work experience of 2-3 preferred .
- Solid communication skills, pleasing personality

Key responsibilities:

- Responsible for negotiation and commercial clarification.
- Maintain store inventory of spares, consumables procurement to deliver on time.
- Must be proficient with vendor management, vendor selection and vendor analysis.
- Responsible for selection and negotiation issues of RFQ’s to vendors.
- Responsible for forecasting procurement needs.
- Implementing procurement strategy and policies and leading the procurement group in all phases.




- Prepare purchase requisitions approve and issues purchase order according to company’s policy, terms and condition.
- Timely release of purchase order and work order.
- Coordination with stores for effective management of inventory, knowledge on minimum stock, EOQ etc.
- Responsible for MIS report preparation.
