As a Technical Support professional, you will play a vital role in ensuring the security and efficiency of our clients' CCTV, biometric, and automation systems. This includes installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment, as well as providing technical support and troubleshooting to ensure optimal system performance.

Responsibilities

- Install and configure CCTV, biometric, and automation systems at client sites, ensuring proper setup.
- Conduct maintenance checks and repairs on CCTV equipment to maintain optimal functionality.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues with systems.
- Provide clients with technical support and training on using CCTV, biometric, and automation equipment.
- Maintain detailed records of service calls, maintenance, and repairs.
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to address and resolve issues.
- Keep up-to-date with advancements in CCTV, biometric,



and automation technologies and best practices.

Qualifications

- Diploma/ Degree or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Service Engineer for CCTV, biometric, and automation systems or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of system components and functionality in CCTV, biometric, and automation systems.
- Familiarity with network protocols and IP camera systems.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and manuals.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and customer service abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
