Role Overview

Brilliant National School is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic English Teacher for Classes 3 to 5. The role focuses on building robust language foundations through phonics, reading, writing, grammar, and creative expression, using engaging and interactive CBSE-aligned teaching methods.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver lesson plans and activity plans aligned with the CBSE Primary English curriculum.

Teach reading comprehension, grammar, vocabulary, handwriting, and basic composition skills.

Use storytelling, phonics-based activities, games, flashcards, and audio-visual aids to enhance language learning.

Design and conduct simple assessments, worksheets, and classroom activities.

Maintain student progress records and documentation.

Encourage participation in elocution, story writing, group reading, and creative language activities.

Foster a joyful, inclusive, and positive classroom environment.

Communicate effectively with parents through PTMs and progress reports, following school norms.





Eligibility / Qualifications

Graduate in English (B.A. English preferred).

B.Ed./D.Ed. mandatory for primary teaching.

2+ years of teaching experience in primary classes (3–5) in CBSE/ICSE schools.

Strong communication skills, patience, creativity, and a child-centric approach.

Work Location & Timings

Location: Budigere Cross, Bengaluru, Karnataka

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

(One Saturday off as per school policy)

School Timings: 8:15 AM to 3:45 PM

Weekly Stay Back: Once a week till 5:00 PM (Mandatory)
