About the Organization

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Insurance Executive with prior hospital experience to manage insurance and TPA processes efficiently. The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of cashless and reimbursement claims, insurance documentation, patient coordination, and claim settlement procedures.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle cashless and reimbursement insurance claims from admission to final settlement.
- Coordinate with TPAs, insurance companies, patients, and hospital departments.
- Verify patient insurance eligibility and obtain pre-authorizations.
- Prepare and submit claim documents accurately within stipulated timelines.
- Follow up on pending approvals, queries, and claim settlements.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with insurance policies and hospital protocols.
- Resolve insurance-related issues and provide timely updates to patients and attenders.
- Maintain accurate records of insurance claims and settlements.
- Coordinate with billing, medical records, and clinical teams for claim processing.




- Stay updated with insurance regulations, TPA guidelines, and reimbursement policies.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- 3–5 years of hospital insurance/TPA experience is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of cashless and reimbursement claim processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Hospital Information Systems (HIS) is preferred.
