Our ERP platform covers Warehouse Management (WMS), Inventory, Procurement, Sales, Finance, Marketplace Integrations, Retail (COCO/POS), Business Intelligence, and Mobile Applications.

We are looking for an experienced ERP Functional Consultant who can understand client business processes, lead ERP implementations, coordinate with the development team, and ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

1. Understand client business processes and gather functional requirements.

2. Conduct requirement gathering workshops and prepare Functional Requirement Documents (FRD/BRD).

3. Configure ERP modules and validate business workflows.

4. Coordinate with the development team for customizations and enhancements.

5. Perform Functional Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

6. Conduct user training sessions and prepare implementation documentation.

7. Lead ERP implementation, Go-Live, and Hypercare activities.

8. Provide post-implementation functional support and suggest process improvements.

9. Work closely with Project Managers to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

10. Act as the primary bridge between clients and the technical development team.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of ERP business processes.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.

- Experience in ERP implementation and business consulting.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to coordinate effectively between business users and development teams.

- Experience in conducting client training and managing ERP implementations independently.

- Willingness to travel for onsite client meetings and implementation activities.

Preferred Experience

- 4–8 years of experience in ERP Functional Consulting or ERP Implementation.

- Experience in Manufacturing, Trading, Retail, or Distribution ERP projects.

- Hands-on experience in complete ERP implementation lifecycle—from Requirement Gathering to Go Live.

- Exposure to Warehouse Management (WMS), Marketplace Integrations, Retail (COCO/POS), and Finance modules will be an added advantage.
