Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow ITOM Event Management.
- Experience in integrating ServiceNow ITOM Event Management with other IT operations tools and platforms.
- Strong understanding of event management processes and incident correlation techniques.
- Ability to customize and extend ServiceNow ITOM Event Management modules to meet business needs.
- Familiarity with scripting languages and automation within the ServiceNow platform.
- Knowledge of IT service management principles and best practices.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow ITOM Event Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
