TecTree is looking for a seasoned Business Development Executive to lead and scale our growth efforts across key metros. If you've built pipelines from scratch, managed enterprise relationships, and know how to close — this one's for you.

Role & Responsibilities:

- Own end-to-end BD strategy across Chennai, Hyderabad, and Mumbai Identify, pursue, and close high-value B2B opportunities in software & tech Build relationships with CXOs, decision-makers, and enterprise stakeholders
- Develop and present tailored software solution pitches aligned to client needs Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and marketing for seamless client onboarding
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities Define and monitor regional KPIs, revenue targets, and growth metrics
- Represent TecTree at industry events, conferences, and client meetings

Key Requirements:

- 5+ years in business development or enterprise sales (IT/software/consulting)




- Demonstrated experience in software solution selling — mandatory Proven track record of hitting and exceeding regional revenue targets
- Strong network across corporate and enterprise ecosystems in South India and/or Mumbai Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics platforms

Bonus Points If You Have:

- Experience selling Microsoft, SAP, or Oracle solutions Prior exposure to international clients or global delivery models
- Background in IT staffing, SaaS, ERP, or tech consulting sales
