- Operational Leadership: Manage daily restaurant/bar operations, opening/closing procedures, and ensure compliance with operating standards.
- Staff Management: Train, schedule, mentor, and supervise service staff, promoting a high-performance, positive team culture.
- Guest Service: Actively manage guest satisfaction, addressing complaints professionally and interacting with guests to obtain feedback.
- Financial & Inventory Control: Assist with ordering, maintaining inventory levels, reducing waste, and monitoring P&L; to achieve budget goals.
- Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with all food safety, hygiene.
- Experience: Proven experience as a supervisor or assistant manager in the hospitality/F&B; industry.
- Leadership: Robust interpersonal and communication skills to lead teams and resolve conflicts.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field is often preferred.
- Operational Knowledge: Familiarity with POS systems,



inventory management software, and food hygiene standards.
- Requires flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- High-paced environment requiring the ability to multitask and work on your feet.
