About the Role

The Electrician Trainer will be responsible for imparting theoretical and practical knowledge in electrical systems and preparing trainees for employment in the electrical industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver classroom and practical training in Electrical Trade.
- Train learners on electrical wiring, installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and safety practices.
- Conduct practical demonstrations and hands-on sessions.
- Develop lesson plans, practical exercises, and assessment methods.
- Ensure availability and proper utilization of tools, equipment, and training materials.
- Maintain workshop discipline and safety standards.
- Assess trainee performance and provide feedback.
- Prepare candidates for industry certifications, apprenticeships, and employment opportunities.
- Maintain trainee attendance, progress reports, and MIS records.
- Coordinate with industry partners for guest lectures, exposure visits, and placements.

Qualifications

- ITI Electrician / Diploma in Electrical Engineering / B.Tech Electrical Engineering.
- Relevant certifications will be an added advantage.

Experience





- Minimum 2 years of experience in the electrical field and/or training.
- Experience in vocational training institutes or skill development programs preferred.

Desired Skills

- Strong practical knowledge of electrical systems and equipment.
- Knowledge of electrical safety standards and industry practices.
- Good communication and training skills.
- Ability to conduct hands-on training effectively.
- Basic computer and documentation skills.
