Key Responsibilities: Assist in execution and supervision of MEP works including electrical, HVAC, firefighting, and plumbing systems

Coordinate with civil, architectural, and other service teams for smooth project execution Ensure all MEP activities comply with CPWD standards and government regulations Review drawings, BOQs, and specifications; report discrepancies if any

Monitor site progress, quality, and safety practices

Support in testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems

Maintain daily reports, work progress records, and documentation

Liaise with vendors, subcontractors, and consultants Requirements: BE in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory)

5–8 years of experience in MEP works for high-rise or government projects

knowledge of CPWD norms, IS codes, and site execution practices

Positive coordination and problem-solving skills Preferred Skills:

Experience in institutional or large-scale infrastructure projects

Familiarity with QA/QC procedures and safety standards

Ability to handle site challenges and meet deadlines

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
