Mikan Engineering & Construction Pvt Ltd is looking for a creative and technically skilled 2D & 3D Animator to support our engineering, BIM, construction, 4D planning, PowerPoint presentation, and marketing visualisation works.

The selected candidate will prepare 2D and 3D animations, construction installation sequences, crane lifting animations, equipment moving sequences, structural erection animations, BIM visualisations, 4D construction sequence animations, motion graphics, interior visualisations, PowerPoint presentation visuals, and client presentation videos for international engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Create 2D and 3D animations, motion graphics, illustrations, and visual content.
- Prepare construction and BIM animations for structures, skids, tanks, platforms, equipment, pipework, interiors, and installation sequences.
- Prepare crane lifting, equipment moving, access route, material handling, and site logistics animations.
- Develop 4D construction sequence animations linked with project schedules and installation stages.
- Prepare professional PowerPoint presentations for client meetings, project proposals, technical explanations, and marketing purposes.
- Build, texture, and animate 3D assets and construction components.
- Develop storyboards, animatics, concept sketches, and presentation visuals.
- Add labels, arrows, sequence steps, lifting paths, crane positions, safety zones, access routes, and installation stages for client presentations.
- Work closely with engineering, BIM, structural, mechanical, piping, planning, and marketing teams.
- Edit videos and implement revisions based on technical and client feedback.
- Support preparation of technical presentation videos for international clients.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint for professional technical and client presentations.
- Working knowledge of Blender, Autodesk 3ds Max,



Maya, SketchUp, Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, or Toon Boom.
- Knowledge of 4D BIM visualisation, construction sequencing, or simulation tools will be an added advantage.
- Strong skills in visualisation, composition, lighting, colour, animation, and video editing.
- Experience in 2D and 3D design/animation with a good portfolio.
- Understanding of animation principles, storyboarding, 3D modelling, texturing, rendering, and post-production.
- Basic understanding of construction drawings, BIM models, engineering components, crane lifting plans, site logistics, or installation methods will be an added advantage.
- Valuable communication, teamwork, creativity, and ability to complete work within deadlines.

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Animation, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, BIM, or equivalent industry experience.

Experience in any of the following areas will be an advantage:

- Construction animation
- Crane lifting and equipment movement animation

- Interior visualisation
- Engineering presentation videos
- PowerPoint presentation preparation
- Autodesk AEC Collection tools
- 3D modelling and rendering for construction or engineering projects

Portfolio Requirement

Candidates must submit sample work or a portfolio showing animation, 3D modelling, motion graphics, rendering, construction sequencing, 4D animation, PowerPoint presentations, or visualisation experience.
