- Plan and manage daily production schedules to meet sales forecasts and customer orders.
- Ensure consistent product quality by following approved recipes, specifications, and production standards.
- Supervise and lead production staff, assigning duties and monitoring performance.
- Maintain compliance with food safety standards, GMP, HACCP, and hygiene regulations.
- Monitor raw material inventory and coordinate with procurement to ensure uninterrupted production.
- Minimize production waste and improve operational efficiency through continuous process improvement.
- Ensure proper operation and preventive maintenance of bakery equipment and machinery.
- Monitor production costs, labor utilization, and productivity to achieve budget targets.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
