SEO Discovery is looking for a proactive and professional Field Operator to join our team. The selected candidate will operate from our Mohali office and regularly visit clients in Baddi, Himachal Pradesh, for meetings, coordination, and relationship management.

The ideal candidate should have valuable communication skills, a client-first approach, and a basic understanding of digital marketing services to effectively interact with our clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit clients in Baddi for meetings and on-ground coordination.
- Understand client requirements and communicate them to internal teams.
- Coordinate with SEO, PPC, Web Development, and other departments for smooth project execution.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Prepare and submit client visit reports.
- Represent SEO Discovery professionally during client interactions.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in field operations, client coordination, or a similar role.




- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing services and the ability to communicate confidently with digital marketing clients.
- Valid driving license; own two-wheeler preferred.
- Willingness to travel regularly to Baddi for client meetings.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
