- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to maintain code quality and consistency.
- Mentor and support team members to enhance their technical skills and skilled growth.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize development processes and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration and deployment of software solutions.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of component-based architecture and front-end development best practices.
- Experience in designing scalable and maintainable software solutions within cloud environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective resolutions.
- Familiarity with version control systems and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.

Additional Information:
