Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented HR Recruiter with 1+ years of recruitment experience to handle end-to-end hiring activities. The candidate should possess solid sourcing, screening, and coordination skills to fulfill organizational hiring requirements effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment process
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and social media
- Screen and shortlist candidate profiles
- Conduct initial HR interviews
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients
- Follow up with candidates till onboarding
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate database
- Post job openings on various platforms
- Achieve hiring targets within timelines

Required Skills





- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sourcing and screening abilities
- Knowledge of recruitment portals and LinkedIn hiring
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Good coordination and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office & Excel

Qualification

- Any Graduate / MBA HR Preferred
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in Recruitment / Staffing
