Position: R&D; Executive
Industry: Manufacturing / Engineering / Electronics / Consumer Durables
Experience: 2–5 Years
Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, Product Design, or a related field. Master's degree is an added advantage.
Location: As per company requirement

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct research and develop new products or improve existing products based on market and customer requirements.
- Design, develop, and validate product prototypes and components.
- Prepare technical drawings, specifications, BOM (Bill of Materials), and product documentation.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Procurement, and Manufacturing teams during product development and implementation.
- Perform product testing, validation, and failure analysis to ensure product quality and reliability.
- Analyze customer feedback and recommend design improvements.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements.
- Support cost optimization initiatives through value engineering and design improvements.
- Maintain project timelines and provide regular progress updates to management.




- Stay updated with current technologies, materials, and industry trends to drive innovation.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in product development within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
- Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, GD&T;, and ISO quality standards is preferred.
- Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams from concept to production.
- Strong technical aptitude with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
- Experience in prototype development, testing, and product lifecycle management is an advantage.

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year
