Sales Back Office Executive required urgently

Experience in Fasteners / Manufacturing industry is preferred

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field

1.5 to 4 years of experience in Sales Coordination / Back Office / Manufacturing Industry

Key Responsibilities:

1. Order & Data Management

Handle complete order processing, including quotation, order entry, and tracking till dispatch

2. Sales Support & Coordination

Coordinate with internal departments such as Production, Stores, Logistics, and Finance for order execution

Follow up with production and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery of fastener products

Assist the sales team with product details, pricing, and stock availability

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports using MS Excel or ERP

Support in preparing proposals, quotations, and client presentations

3. Customer Relationship Support

Handle customer inquiries related to product availability, pricing, and order status

Maintain solid communication with clients for order updates and dispatch details





Address customer complaints and coordinate internally for resolution

Follow up on pending orders, dispatches, and payments

Maintain long-term relationships with existing customers

Technical Skills

Knowledge of fastener products (nuts, bolts, screws, washers, industrial components) is mandatory

Proficiency in MS Excel (basic formulas, reporting)

Experience with ERP/CRM systems (Tally, SAP, Zoho, or similar)

Good email drafting and documentation skills

Prepare and manage sales documents such as quotations, proforma invoices, purchase orders, and invoices

Maintain accurate customer and order data in ERP/CRM systems

Track order status, dispatch schedules, and delivery timelines

Ensure correct product specifications, sizes, grades, and quantities for fasteners
