We are looking for an experienced Bister Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate should be a graduate in any discipline and have relevant experience in operating and handling Bister-related machinery and production processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate and monitor Bister machines efficiently.
- Set up and adjust machinery according to production requirements.
- Ensure smooth and continuous production operations.
- Perform routine machine checks and basic troubleshooting.
- Maintain product quality as per company standards.
- Follow safety, hygiene, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain daily production and machine operation records.
- Report machine faults or production issues to the supervisor.
- Maintain cleanliness of the machine and work area.
- Coordinate with the production and maintenance teams.

Candidate Requirements

- Education: Any Graduate
- Experience: Experienced candidates required
- Valuable knowledge of machine operation and production processes.
- Ability to identify and resolve basic machine-related issues.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Responsible and disciplined approach towards work.
