Ensure to develop and monitor the RM/PM/SFG/FG specifications, test methods and test manuals.b. Review, verify and make necessary amendments for the above in frequent intervals c. Ensure the timely calibration of all the lab equipment and keep records d. Standardize the application processes before the implementation and validate the compliance at frequent intervals e. Investigate and analyze customer complaints regarding product quality, packaging, and safety. f. Identify root causes and implement corrective & preventive measures to address the issues and prevent recurrences. g. Develop proactive customer satisfaction strategies to reduce customer complaints. h. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction and brand trust. i. Maintain a customer feedback database and initiate continual improvement plans. j. Train QC, Production, Packaging and Store members on compliance measures and customer-centric quality approaches k. Ensure adherence of the facility,



procedures and processes to food safety regulations, hygiene, quality &food; safety standards and other certifications. l. Monitor, ensure and report SOP compliance of the entire processes of QC, Production, Stores and Dispatch. m. Develop the validation methods for production processes and procedures, ensure to run the validation at frequent intervals and keep records. n. Supervise and ensure in-process quality control checks in production, packaging and storage areas. o. Identify deviations, gaps and inefficiencies in shopfloor workflows measures to maintain consistency. and implement corrective p. Implement Positive Manufacturing Practices across all the production and store functions.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
