We are a a leading IT company, based in Mohali and the US and looking for a skilled Google Ads & Meta Ads Expert to join our team. The candidate should have hands-on experience in planning, managing, and optimizing paid ad campaigns across different industries.

Responsibilities

- Create and manage Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns
- Perform keyword research and audience targeting
- Optimize campaigns for leads, sales, and ROI
- Monitor daily ad performance and prepare reports
- Handle ad creatives, copy coordination, and A/B testing
- Manage budgets and improve campaign performance
- Track conversions using tools like Google Analytics, GTM, and Meta Pixel

Requirements

- 1–4 years of experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Experience working with multiple industries/businesses




- Good understanding of lead generation and eCommerce campaigns
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and conversion tracking
- Strong communication and reporting skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills

- Experience with WordPress, or landing pages
- Basic knowledge of SEO is a plus
- Agency experience preferred
