Design & Engineering Professionals

Job Description

- Position: Principal/Lead Engineer
- Department: Detailing Engineering
- Reporting to: Design & Engineering Head
- Experience: 3 to 10 Years
- Qualification: Diploma /BE in Mechanical / Chemical Engineering
- Remuneration: Commensurate with capabilities and industry standards
- Domain: EPC / Supply orders for Energy Saving Systems, Hot water systems, Waste Heat recovery systems, Hot air generators systems, Steam generation systems, Thermal oil systems, Waste Heat Based Power Plant etc.

Role & Responsibilities:

- Should have worked in power plant projects involving WHRB’s, HRSG’s, Heat Exchangers, Pressure Vessels etc.
- Should be able to handle the complete project independently.
- Preparation of manufacturing drawings of WHRB (smoke tube and water tube), pressure vessels, heat exchangers, piping, as per IBR and ASME.
- Preparation of structure drawings
- Manufacturing drawings for self-supported and structure supported chimneys.
- Layout drawings, GA drawings, foundation drawings.
- Compact skids.

Experience, Knowledge & Skills:

- Software familiarity: AutoCAD/ Solid-works, PV-Elite and other relevant software to work dependently.
- Knowledge of mechanical calculations as per IBR, ASME and calculations for structure, Review of STADD output, will be of added advantage.
- Excellent skills with PC / Laptop to manage work. Good communication skills: verbal, written and presentation.
