Job Title: General Manager – Resort & Wellness Operations

Job Summary:
The General Manager will oversee the complete operations of the Resort and Wellness Centre, ensuring smooth coordination between front-end guest services and back-end operational departments. The role is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while maintaining operational excellence, staff productivity, facility management, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage all resort and wellness centre operations.
- Supervise Front Office, Guest Relations, Accounts, and Customer Service teams.
- Oversee Housekeeping, Kitchen, Maintenance, Electrical, Security, Garden, Transport, and Support Staff.
- Coordinate with Doctors, Physiotherapists, Therapists, and Wellness teams to ensure quality patient and guest care.
- Monitor construction, infrastructure development, and facility maintenance.
- Ensure high standards of hospitality, hygiene, safety, and service quality.
- Manage manpower planning, departmental coordination, and daily operations.
- Control operational budgets,



inventory, procurement, and vendor management.
- Resolve guest concerns and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
- Implement SOPs, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous operational improvement.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Hospital Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8–12 years of experience in hospitality, resort, healthcare, or wellness operations.
- Strong leadership, administration, communication, and problem-solving skills.
