1. Educational Background

- A master s degree is required and preferred in psychiatric nursing or mental health for this advanced position.

2. Licensure

- A valid nursing license (RN) in the relevant state or country.
- Certification in psychiatric mental health nursing (e.g., PMH-BC) may be advantageous.
- Valid SCHFS Nursing License
- Dataflow completed or underprocessed candidates consider

3. Experience

- Clinical experience in mental health settings, typically 3-4 years required.
- Experience in crisis intervention and managing psychiatric patients.

4. Skills

- Solid communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Ability to assess patient needs and develop appropriate care plans.




- Competence in de-escalation techniques and understanding of mental health disorders.
- Understanding of various therapeutic modalities and treatment options.
