Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced CFO to lead financial operations, ensure compliance, and drive strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Financial planning, budgeting & forecasting
✔ Manage accounting, cash flow & MIS reporting
✔ Ensure compliance (Companies Act, Income Tax, GST)
✔ Handle audits and liaise with auditors and banks
✔ Risk management and internal controls
✔ Fundraising and investor coordination
✔ Lead the finance and accounts team
Qualifications
CA / MBA (Finance)
8–15+ years of experience in finance leadership roles
