What's your mission?

Optimize Procurement Process

️Here’s what you’ll be rocking every day

- Manage procurement activities and ensure timely delivery of raw materials.

- Releasing contracts / purchase orders.

- Inventory & Batch Tracking.

- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage.

- Updating internal databases - maintain updated records of purchased products, filing and audit compliances.

- Prepare reports on purchases.

- Catering to creative team requirements.

What you need to shine in this role

Educational Background: Graduation degree in any stream

Experience required: min 5 years

Specific Job Role competencies: Attention to detail

Level of knowledge of specific tools:

- Software Proficiency:



SAP and MS Excel.

- Good verbal and written skills to interact confidently with vendors and internal teams.
