Job Descriptions:

- Roles and Responsibilities :

- Perform spray painting on metal parts, castings, and assemblies as per specifications.

- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, masking, and applying primer where required.

- Mix paints and coatings to achieve the required color, texture, and finish.

- Ensure proper usage, handling, and maintenance of spray painting equipment.

- Inspect finished products for quality, thickness, and uniform coating.

- Complete paint jobs as per the production plan and timelines.

- Maintain and fill check sheets to ensure all quality parameters are met.

- Coordinate with production and quality teams for timely job completion.

- Follow safety procedures, ensure proper PPE usage, and maintain protected working conditions.





- Maintain shop floor cleanliness by implementing 5S principles.

Desired Qualification and Skills Required :

- Diploma / ITI (relevant trade)

- Minimum 1 year of industrial experience in painting heavy equipment

- Preferably from crushing & screening equipment industry

- Knowledge of spray painting techniques

- Understanding of paint types, mixing ratios, and coating applications

- Ability to inspect surface finish and coating thickness

- Awareness of safety standards and PPE compliance

- Basic understanding of quality check procedures

- Good coordination and teamwork skills
