Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Data Modeller to design and develop scalable dimensional data models that transform enterprise data into a reliable and analytics-ready data layer.

The ideal candidate will have solid experience in Dimensional Data Modeling, Star/Snowflake Schemas, Data Hierarchies, Source-to-Target Lineage, and Data Warehousing. The candidate will work closely with data, BI, and cross-functional teams to ensure data consistency, accuracy, and readiness for analytics and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and build dimensional data models using Star and Snowflake schemas.
- Develop data hierarchies and establish clear source-to-target data lineage.
- Transform enterprise source data into reliable and scalable analytics-ready data models.
- Create data models during the initial project phase to support downstream development and reporting.
- Ensure data models are validated against production data during later project phases.
- Collaborate with BI Developers, Data Engineers, Architects, Business Analysts, and other stakeholders.
- Support data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks.
- Ensure consistency, accuracy, and integrity across data models and analytics layers.




- Document data structures, relationships, mappings, and lineage for ongoing reference.
- Contribute to data warehouse and enterprise analytics initiatives.

Must-Have Skills

- 8–10 years of experience in Data Modeling / Data Warehousing.
- Strong hands-on experience in Dimensional Data Modeling.
- Strong knowledge of Star Schema and Snowflake Schema.
- Experience designing data hierarchies and relationships.
- Strong understanding of Source-to-Target Data Lineage.
- Experience working with enterprise data and analytics environments.
- Knowledge of data validation and reconciliation processes.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good-to-Have Skills

- Experience working with NetSuite data.
- Experience in enterprise analytics and data warehouse projects.
- Knowledge of BI and reporting environments.
- Experience supporting data migration or data transformation initiatives.

- Contract Duration: 5–6 Months

- Candidates opting for the hybrid model must be available to work 2–3 days from the office per week.
- Candidates should be comfortable working 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM with 4 hours of UK shift overlap.
